Don’t be fooled, it is still HOT here in Charlotte, NC. VERY hot! But being an island girl {from Puerto Rico}, I get super excited when we are approaching Fall Season!
Sure, my skin LOVES the sun and the heat but I just did not get the chance to wear cute cardigans, booties, beanies and enjoy a nice PSL outdoors without dying from a heat stroke.
So, because of the above, and because all the retail stores seem to also be ready for fall, I am stocking up on fall outfits and if there is a piece of clothing I think I cannot have enough of, that would be cardigans. So here I am rounding up my fave 5 cardigans from our friendly neighborhood store, Target!
First, I will start this round up with this black jumpsuit I grabbed on my way to the dressing room to have something basic underneath. Well, this jumpsuit turned to be nothing basic! I ended up LOVING the fit and it definitely came home with me! Love that is v- neck, wide leg, ties around waist and it has pockets! Winner winner! Under $30 wearing size Small. I paired it with these nude block heels which I own in taupe as well!
Okay, on to what we are here for. I went over each section at Target and grabbed 5 different cardigans that can go with mostly anything. Some very thin and light weight so they are perfect for now and onto transitional weather.
For us working ladies, these are perfect if you work in a cold office environment or if you are like me and work out on the road, this is great for the days that are so cold in morning but then burning in the afternoon since you can just take it off. Very typical for the south!
First up is this Waffle Knit Cardigan . Comes in 5 different colors and it is pretty warm and good for when it does become chilly out. This is a steal at under $25!
Next up is this 3/4 sleeve duster is perfect for now, for later , for ever! I love the detailing. It can be layered and under $25! I am wearing a size Medium because its all they had in store. Probably size small would have fit better but this baby came home with me regardless of the size!
This next one is your typical, soft and chunky cardi that we all should have! Can you tell I was totally feeling it? LOL. Love this gray color and this cardi is around $28- also in 5 colors!
Of course this next one is not available online yet (totally bummed!) but I promise to keep checking so I can link it for you but if you go to your local store this one is on the “A New Day” section. It is $24.99 and it is a thin ribbed material. It is so good I just couldn’t leave out of this post! I actually wore it yesterday to work and it was so great!
Next up is this long sleeve duster . Not much to say other than good length, light weight and it comes in 3 colors! One of those cardigans that just goes with everything! Wearing size small.
